Hook and Band hinges are a traditional design and are available with a Beeswax finish:-

Size 24" x 6" x 2"

The 24" hook and band ANV-33189 is a masterpiece of blacksmithing for heavy internal doors. The frame hook can be morticed into the frame, making the door in-line with the frame. As an alternative use the spike pin ANV-33190 which can be purchased separately for other fixing applications.

If you require a similar hinge for a lighter application, try the T hinges in arrowhead or penny end style
